At Smiling Shark we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds and our 5-year warranty work.
30-Day Free Returns (change of mind)
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind, provided it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are free — we’ll arrange or cover the return.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, we’ll make it right at no cost to you — choose a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and, where possible, include a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
5-Year Product Warranty
Every Smiling Shark product is backed by our official 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product develops a defect within 5 years, contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
How Refunds Work
Refunds are issued only after we have received and inspected the returned goods. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you and provide the return address. You can reach us through our Contact page, or request a return from your account once self-serve returns are enabled.
