Before you buy
Orders paid before 3 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after 3 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day — so a Friday order placed after 3 PM ships on Monday. Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy: R75 flat, free on orders over R300. Main centres usually take 1–3 working days and outlying areas 2–6 working days.
Yes. Choose pickup instead of delivery at checkout. Collect from our warehouse at F04, Route 24, 50 Herman St, Meadowdale, Germiston, 1614, Monday to Friday until 5 PM, excluding public holidays. We email you as soon as your order is ready.
Brightness is the manufacturer-listed maximum output in lumens. Runtime depends on the mode you use: lower settings run the longest, while high or turbo modes drain the battery faster.
Water resistance is listed on each product page (IPX4 or IPX6). IPX4 handles splashes and light rain, and IPX6 handles heavy rain and water jets. These models are not designed for diving or full submersion.
You receive the torch, the rechargeable battery where specified, and a charging cable. Check the “What’s in the box” section on this page for this model’s exact contents.
Manufacturing defects are covered for 5 years from purchase. We replace defective units rather than repair them, and cover return shipping plus delivery of the replacement. Email info@smilingshark.co.za with your order number.
